Our skilled and trained operators take great care in cleaning driveways from all organic growth, dirt and grime.
First, we will apply our eco friendly biocide treatment to the driveway to start the cleaning process.
Then our operator will assess the area and decide which technique of power washing will be most appropiate and effective.
The Flamingo Way of pressure washing will provide a unique method of deep cleaning. Our attention to detail is second to none and every job is completed to the highest of standards.
A rinse down is then performed before a final inspection of the drive, in which any areas not cleaned to satisfactory standard will be attended to.
Tidy up is very important to Flamingo, where we pride ourselves on a professional finish. Therefore any offspray to adjacent properties will also be cleaned up. If resanding is required then this will be followed up, aiming for the next dry day, leaving your driveway as good as new.

1Is the biocide treatment safe for animals?
We recommend animals are kept off the area whilst the cleaning is taking place.
However once our operator is completely finished cleaning, the area will be completely safe for any animals.
2When will it get resanded?
We aim to complete the resanding the next dry day as the sand has to be applied when the area cleaned is completely dry.
Our office staff will stay in touch to update when your sand should be completed.
3How long will it take?
Depending on the size of the driveway, it can take up to 2-3 hours to a full day.
4Do you use a jet washer or flat surface cleaner?
We have both options avaliable - Our operator will assess the area which is being cleaned and will select the most appropiate equipment they think will be most effective.
5Do I need to weed before it?
No, our operator and equipment will remove all weeds and organic growth.
6Does it remove oil stains?
We will always try our best to remove any stains and take great care in doing so.
However some shading can be left and complete removal can't be guaranteed.
7Do I need an external tap?
No, however it is prefered as we only have a limited water supply stored in the vans.
If an external tap is not avaliable we would need to look at using a fire hydrant or bringing a water bowser which can be an additional cost.
8Do I need to be home?
No, as long as there is clear access to the driveway getting cleaned, you do not need to be home while the work is getting carried out.
Once the job is completed, our office team will send through an invoice in which you can pay by BACS or pay by card over the phone.
